A Study on Indnstrial Health Manager´s Morale and Industrial Health Program

Abstract
|
|
|
This study was carried out for 63 establishments in Chung Cheong area to evaluate the industrial health manager´s morale and industrial health management state by using the scoring method of Webb´s model during August, 1987.
The results are as the follows :
1. The mean rate of affirmative answers for the establishments is 46%. Especially the mean rate of philosophy and of organization is 62% and 63% respectively.
2. 215 of the health managers are industrial health nurses. Many of the health managers are aged between 20 to 34.
3. The level of industrial health manager´s morale shows 67%.
4. There is no statistically significant interrelationship between industrial health program and health manager´s morale.
